Another senior in the studio today for some yearbook headshots.
More pics to come with Connor when the weather gets better ….. and greener
Here is a few of the headshots from today.
Welcome to my new website dedicated to Seniors.
For those who looking for Children or Family photography sessions check out my family site at www.littlepalsphotography.com/LPPblog
Here is Dillon…….
We had a fun time at Camp Benson. Repelling small cliffs to get to the water
which wasn’t hard except when you have a camera and long lens across your body that you are trying to protect. haha
It started off way cold and thanks to a kind senior boy I was not freezing since he gave me his coat to wear over top of mine.
His momma sure raised him right. Seems like all of my seniors are so polite and helpful. Your parents should be very proud.
I am a bit behind on blogging…… He has had his gallery for awhile now. But wanted to share.
So Here are some sneak peaks of his session.

The above was taken in fun…….. we were not trespassing in that spot………. we had permission to be at the camp.

Starting to wind down the Class of 2012 Seniors for the year….
weather outside will soon not cooperate but if you are in need of a yearbook photo there is definitely time for an indoor session.
Lots of fun backgrounds and lighting to make your senior pics amazing… Call today to book….
If you are a Junior its not to early to start thinking about your senior pics.
Consider being a LPPseniors Class Rep and you can earn lots of free pics that your parents will appreciate.
Here are some images from my session with Matt. We had lots of fun and you can hardly tell he was shivering from the cold

Round 1 for Anthony was quick yearbook session so we were just waiting on the weather to cooperate so we could go outdoors for pictures.
It was broiling hot outside and the mosquitos were crazy! I think at least half of the images I had to photoshop out those pesky mosquitos. LOL
But end result is some great images and totally worth the heat and the extra editing.
Here a just a few of his pictures.

Got a last minute request for a yearbook photo…….. I was actually packing for Vegas when they called. I squeezed them in for a quick 10 minute session to choose a yearbook photo.
So here is just one quick picture we have scheduled the full session for April hoping to do outdoor photos with his car.
Will share more in the spring!

CLASS OF 2012 – EARLY BOOKING SPECIALS COMING SOON!
Stayed tuned!
Nick’s mom called me looking for just a really short session to capture a year book image……. they were on a deadline for yearbook submission……. Mom tells me that Nick does not like his photo taken…….. Nick’s only request was a pic with his car! Weather did not cooperate with us and decided to rain………. thankfully it was just sprinkling so we wrapped up my photography gear as best we could and headed out to capture their requested images. We settle in for a pic with the car………. hit a snag as a park visitor decided he wanted to park in the same empty away from everything area of the park as we were in………. thankfully he moved on for a bit.
After capturing Nick’s request we head out to capture the required yearbook image and a few for mom! I was surprised to find Nick was a very easy going guy to work with. He went with the flow and we ended up with quite a few for them to choose from. I thought I would share just a few……

I know not every senior wants a full 3 hour photo session with all the clothing changes………. this is why I have a great short 1 hour mini session at 1 location of your choose* Let me know if you are interested in one of my mini sessions!
Here are just a few of Trevor’s indoor session……… weather did not cooperate for us to get in the outdoor session we wanted to do.
Plans to get him out on the golf course for some fun outdoor images as soon as the greens……… are green
Its very hard to see a boy become a man…….. as I am sure his parents feel the same.
We all want our children to grow up to be confident strong and independent adults…………. but when they do, we wish they were little again!
Trevor I wish you the very best as you head off to Trine University in the fall.

Playing catch up……..
Trevor S (yes I have to inital the last name…… another Trevor coming up soon
) recently had his Senior session at the park.
I don’t know about you but I am certainly ready for the Daylight Savings Time change to come so that we can have a little bit more daylight in the early evening time.
We were on a rush against the sun setting and lets not forget the dodging of the frisbee golfers as we tried to stay out of their way but use the fun “hand” tree as I call it!
Trevor was also recently my assistant at a grade school boys basketball photo session. Makes my job so much easier when I have that assistant on hand to help gather those order forms and keep the line moving. And we got to practice our dodging skills there too as the other boys not in photos practiced on the other half of the gym…. Thanks Trevor for helping me out!
Here are a few shots from his Senior Session………. Gallery going online too! Ask Trevor for the password if you know him!

And then as we were heading to the car we noticed the moon over top the trees so we stopped and turned the studio light back on and grabbed a “for fun” shot!
Recently I made my way out to see a wonderful family and capture some pictures of Zach on their family farm.
We had a good time joking around. And manage to see a skunk cross at a location we were heading to……….. good thing too because I wasnt up for smelling like that!
We also took some shots with his younger sister………… be sure to head over to my family blog to see a few of those images as well.
I had so many pics I could not decide what to share so you are getting a big sneak peek into his session.
Also on another note…………. for those of you going to high schools where you are required to go to the “school’s photographer” in order to be in the yearbook, please keep in mind you can just make it a head shot appointment and setup a session with me for all your other portrait needs. I drive to any location within reason
and spend quality time focusing on what your family wants out of your session. Whether its to capture your love of sports, your family values or just the fun side of you! If you are a senior who wants both summer and fall images or straight and curly hair then I am the one to call. We can split your session up into 2 different days to capture the changes of season or hair
Why settle for the required head shot photographer? You have a choice! I look forward to hearing from others who want to make more from their senior session!
Here are a few sneak peeks of Zach’s session………….. hoping to capture some sports images in a month or so. Those should be some flaming hot shots!
